Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies our website uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.

Last updated September 28, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how VR Vision Inc. (“VR Vision”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on vrvisiongroup.com, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device. They let the site remember things about your visit, such as your preferences or pages you have viewed. We also use similar technologies, such as tracking pixels, tags and local storage. In this policy, we call all of these “cookies”.

Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by the services we use, such as analytics and advertising platforms (third-party cookies).

2. How we use cookies

We group the cookies on our website into the categories below. The names listed are examples. Our providers may change or add cookies over time.

Necessary

These make the website work and keep it secure. They cannot be switched off.

  • CookieYes remembers your cookie choices (for example, cookieyes-consent).
  • Cloudflare protects the website against attacks and helps it load quickly.
  • WordPress sets cookies for logged-in website administrators only.

Functional

These support features you choose to use, such as embedded videos from YouTube and Wistia and our newsletter sign-up form from Beehiiv.

Analytics

These help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.

  • Google Analytics (for example, _ga and _ga_*) measures visits and how people move around the site.
  • Microsoft Clarity (for example, _clck) shows how visitors interact with our pages.
  • HubSpot (for example, hubspotutk and __hstc) tracks visits and connects form submissions to website activity.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics measure site traffic and performance.

Advertising

These measure how our ads perform and help show relevant ads on other websites and platforms.

  • Google Ads (for example, _gcl_au) measures clicks and conversions from our Google ads.
  • Microsoft Advertising (for example, _uetsid and _uetvid) measures conversions from our Bing ads.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag measures campaign results and lets us reach website visitors on LinkedIn.
  • Apollo identifies the companies that visit our website, based on IP address, to support our sales outreach.

When you first visit the website, a banner asks for your cookie choices. We only use non-necessary cookies where you have agreed or where the law allows. You can change your choices at any time using the Manage cookie preferences button at the top of this page.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. The help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge explain how. If you block all cookies, some parts of the website may not work properly.

You can also limit interest-based ads through Google Ad Settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and learn more about ad choices in Canada at YourAdChoices.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we change the tools we use or when the law changes. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

6. Contact us
